TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION – SEMIN TIEFGRUND LF PRIMER

Deep Penetrating Primer LF is a solvent-free formulation designed for walls and floors, suitable for both interior and exterior use.

Product Benefits

• Reduces surface porosity
• Strengthens weak and friable substrates
• Forms a uniform film on gypsum and anhydrite surfaces
• Improves adhesion of subsequent materials (adhesives, leveling compounds, etc.)
• Facilitates easier wallpaper removal

Application

Apply using a roller, brush, or spray.
Dilution with water is possible if required.

Substrates

Without dilution:

• Drywall
• Dry plaster panels
• Gypsum
• Anhydrite surfaces

Dilution 2:1 (2 parts primer : 1 part water):

• Silicate brick
• Clay
• Cement plaster
• Lime and cement-based coatings

For highly porous surfaces:
Apply a second coat diluted 1:1.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

Color: Transparent

Drying Time:

• Second coat: approx. 30 minutes
• Further work: 1–3 hours

(Drying time depends on temperature, humidity, and substrate porosity.)

Consumption

• Undiluted: 100–150 g/m²
• Diluted (2:1): 100–200 g/m² depending on surface porosity

Storage

• Up to 9 months in tightly closed original packaging
• Protect from frost and high temperatures
