Warranty and returns

decorshop.md offers you a clear and transparent warranty and returns procedure, in accordance with Law No. 105 of 13.03.2003 on consumer protection.

Product warranty

If decorshop.md provides an additional warranty for a product, it will be handed over together with the delivery of the purchased product. The warranty period will be indicated on the provided certificate.

If the purchased product with a valid warranty becomes defective, please contact decorshop.md or the manufacturer's service center (depending on which product requires repair), presenting the warranty certificate and the document confirming the purchase.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories

Return conditions

  • The product must be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt
  • The product has not been used and has retained its original qualities
  • The product is returned in its original packaging, complete and undamaged
  • All accessories, instructions and documents received at purchase are included
  • Proof of purchase is provided (fiscal receipt or invoice)

Non-returnable products

Returns are not accepted for the following product categories:

  • Paint with opened or unsealed packaging
  • Used or worn equipment
  • Other products — only with prior approval from decorshop.md staff

Important: Returns are processed exclusively with intact original packaging, based on the fiscal receipt (check) or purchase invoice. Without these documents, the return cannot be processed.

Important: If the received product is defective, damaged, or does not match the order specifications, please notify us within a maximum of 24 hours of receipt, by email or phone.

In this case, decorshop.md covers all shipping costs, and the product will either be replaced or its value refunded, at your choice. Please check the products at the time of delivery, in the presence of the courier.

Refund of the purchase price

  • Money is returned exclusively via the same payment method used for the order
  • Processing time: up to 14 business days from the receipt of the product
  • For card payments, money is returned to the original card
  • decorshop.md is not responsible for bank retentions or fees
  • Only the product value is refunded, not the initial delivery cost

Order cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email. Cancellation is free and does not entail any penalty.
