RETURN POLICY
In accordance with Law No. 105 of 13.03.2003 on consumer protection of the Republic of Moldova, decorshop.md grants you the right to return purchased products under the conditions described below.
RIGHT OF RETURN
You have the right to return products purchased from decorshop.md within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, without the need to justify your decision.
RETURN CONDITIONS
For the return to be accepted, products must meet the following conditions:
– Returned within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt;
– Unused and having retained their original qualities;
– Returned in their original packaging, complete and undamaged;
– Accompanied by all accessories, instructions and documents received at purchase;
– Proof of purchase is provided (fiscal receipt or invoice).
NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
Returns are not accepted for the following product categories:
– Paint with opened or unsealed packaging;
– Used or worn equipment;
– Custom-made or personalized products;
– Other products — only with prior approval from decorshop.md staff.
Important: Returns are processed exclusively with intact original packaging, based on the fiscal receipt (check) or purchase invoice. Without these documents, the return cannot be processed.
RETURN PROCEDURE
1. Contact the decorshop.md team by email at info@decorshop.md or by phone at +373 78 883 878, within 14 days from receipt of the order.
2. Communicate the order number, product details and the reason for the return.
3. After your request is confirmed, follow the instructions received to return the product.
4. You will receive the refund within a maximum of 14 business days from the receipt and inspection of the product.
DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS
If the received product has defects, is damaged, or does not match the order specifications, please notify us within a maximum of 24 hours from receipt, by email or phone.
In this case, decorshop.md covers all shipping costs, and the product will either be replaced or its value refunded, at your choice. We recommend inspecting the products at the moment of delivery, in the presence of the courier.
REFUND PROCESSING
– Refunds are issued exclusively via the same payment method used at checkout;
– Processing time is up to 14 business days from receipt of the returned product;
– For card payments, the money is returned to the original card;
– Decorshop.md is not responsible for retentions or fees charged by the bank;
– Only the product value is refunded, not the initial delivery cost.
SHIPPING COSTS
– For voluntary returns (unwanted product): the cost of return shipping is paid by the customer, in accordance with Law No. 105.
– For defective or non-conforming products: decorshop.md covers the full shipping cost.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email. Cancellation is free of charge and does not entail any penalty.
